The Big 5 Questions to ask other Builders!!

First, you'll need to contact us by calling (800) 489-7933.  You'll be greeted by an operator who will ask you some standard questions such as your "name", "address," "telephone number," "how did you hear about us?" & so forth.  (If you happen to have the ad where you first discovered Lakeside Homebuilders it will be very important to us that you give the operator the nine-digit reference number located in the lower right-hand corner of the ad.)  The more thorough you answer, the more efficiently your call will be processed.  A Lakeside representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours and the initial two-steps begin:

STEP ONE:
The "Primary Meeting": We schedule a 30-45 minute get together at one of our two offices.  Here we are able to tell you a little more about who we are, what we do and what we can do for you.  Keep in mind that there is absolutely no obligation at this meeting, but think of it as more of an "information exchange" whereby you will be able to ask us a number of questions.

Furthermore, we will be able to formulate a clearer idea of what you are looking to accomplish both vision-wise and budget-wise so that we can then tailor-make step two for you, our TOUR.  Our sales representative will have a book that will further illustrate examples of our work through pictures of both interiors and exteriors. At the end of your "Primary Meeting" if you like everything that you’ve heard, we’ll invite you to our office in Farwell to take you on a tour of our homes and/or properties!

STEP TWO:
The Tour: This day we consider as "your day."  We will spend as much time with you as you like actually walking you into homes that we have built demonstrating our quality of construction and flexibility of floor plans.  In the one thousand plus custom-built homes that we’ve completed, we have approximately 250 sets of keys from our customers who have graciously given us their blessing to show their home at anytime. Furthermore, if you are interested in purchasing land, your tour will include visiting an array of different properties from our inventory that correspond with your needs!

At the conclusion of your tour we will price out the bigger picture of your vision. At this time we do not expect any decisions from you other than to secure Lakeside as your builder and/or purchase a piece of property from our inventory. This can be accomplished with a $3,000 deposit. Having made that positive decision, Lakeside will then shower you with a number of bonuses:

1. A 15-month price freeze.

2. Complete access to our library of over 1,000 custom floor plans.
